The Farm Is Yours – Even the Days Before
Our event barn doesn't open its doors only on the wedding day. As your venue, we give you the chance to arrive in the days before the celebration, set up your floral arrangements, lay the tables, place candles, and transform the barn into what you've been picturing for months.
The old grain barn, with its wooden beams, warm light and special atmosphere, is your canvas. Whether romantic and playful, modern and minimalist, rustic and natural or elegant – the space carries your style.
What You Bring – and What Awaits You
You're the creatives. We provide the right setting:
- High ceiling beams for hanging installations, flower curtains and fairy lights
- Long wooden tables as the perfect base for your table decorations
- The farmyard and lime-tree avenue for welcome signs, lanterns and flower arches
- Pond and park grounds for romantic photo moments and outdoor areas
- Plenty of space to work – for binding, arranging, hanging and trying things out
And if something's still missing at the last minute: we know the region and are happy to help you find the right florists, suppliers or rental companies.
A Weekend Celebrated Twice
Many of our couples turn the setup day into a small **pre-celebration weekend**. The bridesmaids arrive with coffee and butter cake. The men carry boxes and debate the perfect height for the decorations. And in the evening everyone sits together on the farm – perhaps with a glass of wine from the Hochstiedsstuuv – looking at what they've created.
