Arabic, Turkish, Kurdish and other cultural influences can flow in just as naturally as modern or regional wedding customs. Which elements matter to you is entirely your decision.
Enjoying together, hosting generously
You organise the catering with a provider of your choice. This lets you put together food, buffet, service and menu sequence to suit your families and guests.
Halal catering حلال is also possible on request. You can bring your own caterer or look for a halal-certified catering company in the region. Whether Arabic specialities, Turkish dishes, Kurdish cuisine or an international wedding buffet: the culinary concept stays flexible.
When Zaffa زفة, Dabke دبكة and a live band come together
Music and dance are among the most important moments of the day at many weddings. At Wittkielhof there is room for a DJ, a larger live band, Dabke or a Zaffa procession.
A stage, a special area for the couple and a generous dance floor can also be integrated into the planning. Decoration, technology and running order are coordinated to match your wishes and the requirements of your service providers.
Nikah, henna night ليلة الحناء and much more
A Nikah ceremony, an unofficiated ceremony or a personal ceremony with an imam or officiant of your own choosing can be woven into your wedding day.
Henna nights (Kına Gecesi), engagement parties, Walima or other family celebrations can also take place at Wittkielhof. You decide for yourselves which Arabic, Turkish, Kurdish or personal traditions matter to you and how they flow into your celebration.
Depending on your event concept, Wittkielhof can accommodate 30 to 300 guests. Our spacious indoor and outdoor areas provide the perfect setting for both intimate family celebrations and large wedding receptions.
If you prefer separate areas, for example for men and women, we can discuss using our two halls. We'll work with you to arrange the spaces according to your wishes and the possibilities available at our venue.
You're free to choose your own catering and service providers. Whether you prefer a traditional wedding menu, an oriental buffet or halal catering, the choice is entirely yours.
If you'd like, we can also recommend trusted local providers and help you coordinate the arrangements.
Halal catering can be arranged through a caterer of your choice. You can bring your own caterer offering halal options or look for a halal-certified catering company in the region.
The drinks offering stays flexible too. A fully alcohol-free wedding is just as possible as an individual selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Drinks can also be provided on a sale-or-return basis.
Unofficiated ceremonies can take place in the garden, in the courtyard or indoors. A Nikah ceremony can also be planned as a personal part of your wedding day. You bring your own imam or other chosen officiant.

Civil marriage ceremonies cannot be conducted at Wittkielhof.
From Dabke and Zaffa to traditional live bands and DJs, Wittkielhof offers plenty of space to celebrate your wedding according to your musical and cultural traditions.
Our halls provide room for spacious dance floors and stage setups. We'll work with you to coordinate suitable lighting, sound equipment and any special technical requirements.
By prior arrangement, a separate room can be set aside, for example as a bridal room, quiet area or prayer room. Retreat spaces for families with children or older guests are also possible, depending on room availability.
Requests regarding room allocation should be mentioned already when enquiring, so the right rooms can be reliably taken into account.
Plenty of parking is available for guests directly at the farm. For larger parties, coach arrivals or a shuttle service, access and arrival times should be coordinated in advance.
Various accommodation options are available directly on site for the couple and some of the guests. Further accommodation can be added depending on availability and group size.
